With a decade of experience in recruitment, I founded TAG Legal Search to provide legal talent solutions to top-tier, mid-tier, and international law firms across Australia (including Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane). Based in Sydney, I specialise in connecting law firms with the right candidates, whether for high-stakes roles or niche practice areas. By working closely with decision-makers, I gain a deep understanding of each firm's culture, needs, and goals—ensuring a tailored, effective recruitment process.
Before launching TAG, I built a strong foundation in legal recruitment with a specialist firm and a global agency in Sydney, refining my expertise in identifying and securing top legal talent. This experience allows me to offer insights and strategies that help both candidates and firms navigate the legal recruitment landscape with confidence.
